I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in the heart of Armenia. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, offering a quiet and spacious retreat with two large double beds. I had an amazing stay at the hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms offering unobstructed views of the mountains. The location was excellent, serving as a perfect stopover to visit the surrounding towns like the Cocora Valley, Salento, and Filandia. The dining experience was also delightful with a wide array of choices including fresh fruit, juices, eggs, bread, and sausages. However, the service left much to be desired as the staff only spoke Spanish and seemed unmotivated to communicate in a more international language, displaying unwelcoming behavior.
